FQA ISO Standard Compliance Policy

Introduction

FQA is committed to providing professional certifications and training services that meet the needs of our customers and comply with all applicable ISO standards across various domains. This policy outlines FQA’s approach to compliance and sets forth the requirements that all employees must follow.

Scope

This policy applies to all FQA employees and to all aspects of FQA’s professional certification and training business, including:

Assessment
Customer service

Requirements

FQA employees must adhere to the following guidelines to ensure standard compliance:

Develop and deliver all courses in accordance with established requirements.
Conduct assessment and certification procedures fairly and consistently.
Interact with customers in a professional and responsive manner.
Maintain records in accordance with prescribed standards.

Responsibilities

The FQA Executive Director oversees the overall ISO standard compliance program, while the FQA Quality Manager develops and implements the compliance management system and monitors adherence. All employees are responsible for following compliance procedures and maintaining work quality

Procedures

FQA has developed and implemented a comprehensive ISO standard compliance management system. This system includes procedures for all aspects of the professional certification and trainings, including

Course delivery
Course development
Assessment
Customer service

All employees are trained on the ISO standard compliance procedures and are required to follow them in their daily work.

Monitoring and Evaluation

The FQA Executive Director regularly monitors and evaluates the ISO standard compliance management system to ensure that it is effective and that FQA is meeting all applicable compliance requirements.

Audits

FQA undergoes regular audits by an accredited certification body to ensure that it is meeting all applicable ISO standard requirements

Revisions

This policy will be reviewed and updated on an annual basis, or more frequently as needed.
